Delivery

We use the shipping method that is best for each customer based on the product that is ordered. Delivery times will vary substantially on each product as some items are custom made. Most orders are delivered in about two weeks of the date the order is processed. Items may occasionally become Back-Ordered and could take up to 4 weeks for delivery. If an item is Back-Ordered, you will be notified and have the chance to reverse your order.

Shipping charges are based on the Rate Table noted below which adjusts with the dollar amount purchased. Depending on the products ordered, it may not be possible to ship all items at the same time, however, if such an instance should arise, you will be charged only one time for shipping.

Shipping Details

 Delivery charges are based on standard ground shipping to one address within the Continental U.S. The current Rate Table is only valid for shipping within the 48 mainland States in the US.
 We do not charge any handling fees.
 We offer Express Shipping upon request. If you would like to have your Order shipped Express, please contact us regarding what items you would like to order and we will reply with estimated shipping charges. We can be reached at 410-490-9711 or on our  Contact Page
 Orders that need to be shipped outside of the United States, please Contact Us for exact shipping rates. Please note that you will be responsible for any customs fees imposed on the import.
 

Returns & Exchanges

At Boxerhaus.com, we stand by our products and want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us at 410-490-9711 or via our Contact Page within 14 days for a full refund of the purchase price of the items, minus shipping. For a Return to be processed, it must be returned in its original condition.

If you receive any item damaged or broken, contact us immediately for instruction on the Return of said product. If a return needs to be completed for a damaged product, Boxerhaus.com will need to be given complete details of the damage and return shipping and replacement freight will be paid for by Boxerhaus.com.

Purchase Agreement

By accepting delivery of products from Boxerhaus.com, the customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. Any attempt to alter or modify these terms and conditions by the Customer will be considered a material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, are null and void. Product price, specifications, terms and conditions of Boxerhaus.com are subject to change without previous notification. Boxerhaus.com is not responsible for typographical and or photography errors. All parts come with original manufacturer warranty and no technical support.

Customer pays return shipping from and to Boxerhaus.com on all services. Boxerhaus.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Limitation of Liability

The maximum Liability Boxerhaus.com offers is limited to the purchase price of the product sold. Boxerhaus.com shall NOT be, under any circumstances, liable upon a claim or action in contract, tort, indemnity or contribution, or other claims relating to the products it sells which exceeds this liability limit. Boxerhaus.com is not responsible for third party claims for damages against the customer, malfunction, delays, interruption of service, and/or loss of business, whether or not Boxerhaus.com is aware of such claims or damages.

Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier for our customers. Just browse our online store, click on any items that you wish to buy, and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "View Cart" or "Checkout". You will be asked to register with Boxerhaus.com which will include information we need to be able to complete your order. We accept payment by Check/Money Order,  through PayPal, or one of the following major credit cards - Visa, Mastercard, & Discover.

Warranty

Unless otherwise outlined below, Boxerhaus.com provides a 14 day warranty on all products purchased from Boxerhaus.com and it does NOT extend beyond the original Buyer of Products. Boxerhaus.com does not support the manufacturer warranty on any product beyond 14 days unless otherwise stated. For any manufacturer who offers a warranty on Products exceeding our limited 14 days warranty, it is the Buyer responsibility to deal directly with the manufacturer for any repairs of the product.

Boxerhaus.com does not warrant any Products that have been subject to improper use, abuse or physical damage. Removal of any serial number or warranty labels will also avoid such warranty of Products. The Buyer agrees to inspect all goods at the time of delivery and shall notify Boxerhaus.com of any discrepancies within one (1) day of receipt of Products.
